Prior to your appointment I recommend gather a picture or video of your desired haircut from a side view. Also making sure your hair is clean and detangled goes a long way in ensuring you can get the best haircut possible!
Booking online through our website is the best and most reliable way to reserve your appointment, as I am not able to call or text while I am servicing a client and I am not as active once its past work hours.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you are not able to be seated within 10 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled or rescheduled. This policy is strict with no exceptions.
- Habitual lateness of 5 minutes or more will not result in a rescheduling but may result in refusal of services.
